Write to support@kultai.agency or to the support chat of our Telegram bot @kultaibot, in English, German, Spanish or Russian. We usually answer within one business day. Please mention the e-mail of your account (or how you sign in) — never send us a password.

You can also ask the KULT assistant about the studio, prices and KULTCOINS.

2 Delete your account

You can delete your account yourself at any time:

• In the app or on the website: sign in, open Profile → Delete account, type your e-mail (or the word shown) and confirm. An account without a password confirms with a fresh sign-in (for example Sign in with Apple).
• Without access to your account: write to support@kultai.agency from the account's e-mail address with the subject “Delete my account”; we verify that the account is yours and delete it.

What is deleted: your images, videos, tracks, uploads, chats, characters, brand profiles, API keys, push notification tokens and sessions; your remaining KULTCOINS lapse. What is kept: payment and KULTCOINS records in pseudonymised form for as long as tax and accounting law requires, fraud-prevention records for at most 12 months, and a few other records for the periods in section 7 of the Privacy Policy (for example subscription cancellations and reports).

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play — cancel it in the store first (below). A subscription paid by card on the website is cancelled with the account.

3 Purchases in the App Store and Google Play

• Cancel a subscription: iPhone — Settings → your name → Subscriptions → KULT; Android — Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → KULT. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Refunds of in-app purchases are decided by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (Google Play order history); if a purchase is refunded, its KULTCOINS are taken back.
• Restore purchases on a new phone: Plans → Restore purchases in the app, signed in to the same KULT account.
• Card payments on the website: see Refunds and cancellation or cancel at kultai.agency/#/cancel; to withdraw from a contract within 14 days: kultai.agency/#/withdraw.

4 Your data and content

How we process your data, which AI providers receive your prompts and uploads, and your rights: Privacy Policy. To report content, use «Report» on a result or write to us with the subject “Notice” (Terms, section 17).

2 Konto löschen

Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit selbst löschen:

• In der App oder auf der Website: melde dich an, öffne Profil → Konto löschen, gib deine E-Mail (oder das angezeigte Wort) ein und bestätige. Ein Konto ohne Passwort bestätigt mit einer frischen Anmeldung (zum Beispiel „Mit Apple anmelden“).
• Ohne Zugang zu deinem Konto: schreib von der E-Mail-Adresse des Kontos an support@kultai.agency mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“; wir prüfen, dass das Konto dir gehört, und löschen es.

Was gelöscht wird: deine Bilder, Videos, Tracks, Uploads, Chats, Figuren, Markenprofile, API-Schlüssel, Push-Tokens und Sitzungen; verbleibende KULTCOINS verfallen. Was bleibt: Zahlungs- und KULTCOINS-Unterlagen in pseudonymisierter Form, solange Steuer- und Buchhaltungsrecht es verlangen, Unterlagen zur Missbrauchsabwehr höchstens 12 Monate und einige weitere Unterlagen für die Fristen in Abschnitt 7 der Datenschutzerklärung (etwa Kündigungen von Abos und Meldungen).

Das Löschen des Kontos kündigt ein über den App Store oder Google Play abgeschlossenes Abo nicht – kündige es zuerst im Store (siehe unten). Ein auf der Website per Karte bezahltes Abo endet mit dem Konto.

3 Käufe im App Store und bei Google Play

• Abo kündigen: iPhone – Einstellungen → dein Name → Abonnements → KULT; Android – Google Play → Profil → Zahlungen & Abos → Abos → KULT. Kündige spätestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des Zeitraums.
• Über Erstattungen von In-App-Käufen entscheiden Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) bzw. Google (Bestellverlauf in Google Play); wird ein Kauf erstattet, werden seine KULTCOINS zurückgebucht.
• Käufe wiederherstellen auf einem neuen Telefon: Preise → Käufe wiederherstellen in der App, angemeldet mit demselben KULT-Konto.
• Kartenzahlungen auf der Website: siehe Erstattung und Kündigung oder kündige unter kultai.agency/#/cancel; einen Vertrag binnen 14 Tagen widerrufen: kultai.agency/#/withdraw.

4 Deine Daten und Inhalte

Wie wir deine Daten verarbeiten, welche KI-Anbieter deine Prompts und Uploads erhalten und welche Rechte du hast: Datenschutzerklärung. Inhalte meldest du mit „Melden“ an einem Ergebnis oder per E-Mail mit dem Betreff „Meldung“ (Nutzungsbedingungen, Abschnitt 17).

Escríbenos a support@kultai.agency o al chat de soporte de nuestro bot de Telegram @kultaibot, en español, inglés, alemán o ruso. Normalmente respondemos en un día laborable. Indica el correo de tu cuenta (o cómo inicias sesión): nunca nos envíes una contraseña.

2 Eliminar tu cuenta

Puedes eliminar tu cuenta tú mismo en cualquier momento:

• En la app o en la web: inicia sesión, abre Perfil → Eliminar cuenta, escribe tu correo (o la palabra indicada) y confirma. Una cuenta sin contraseña confirma con un inicio de sesión reciente (por ejemplo, con Apple).
• Sin acceso a tu cuenta: escribe desde el correo de la cuenta a support@kultai.agency con el asunto «Eliminar mi cuenta»; comprobamos que la cuenta es tuya y la eliminamos.

Qué se elimina: tus imágenes, vídeos, pistas, archivos subidos, chats, personajes, perfiles de marca, claves de API, tokens de notificaciones y sesiones; los KULTCOINS que te queden se pierden. Qué se conserva: los registros de pagos y KULTCOINS de forma seudonimizada mientras lo exija la normativa fiscal y contable, los registros antifraude como máximo 12 meses y algunos otros registros durante los plazos del apartado 7 de la Política de privacidad (por ejemplo, las cancelaciones de suscripciones y las denuncias).

Eliminar la cuenta no cancela una suscripción contratada en App Store o Google Play: cancélala antes en la tienda (abajo). Una suscripción pagada con tarjeta en la web se cancela con la cuenta.

3 Compras en App Store y Google Play

• Cancelar una suscripción: iPhone: Ajustes → tu nombre → Suscripciones → KULT; Android: Google Play → Perfil → Pagos y suscripciones → Suscripciones → KULT. Cancela al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el periodo.
• Los reembolsos de las compras en la app los decide Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) o Google (historial de pedidos de Google Play); si se reembolsa una compra, sus KULTCOINS se retiran.
• Restaurar compras en un teléfono nuevo: Planes → Restaurar compras en la app, con la misma cuenta de KULT.
• Pagos con tarjeta en la web: consulta Reembolsos y cancelación o cancela en kultai.agency/#/cancel; para desistir de un contrato en 14 días: kultai.agency/#/withdraw.

4 Tus datos y contenidos

Cómo tratamos tus datos, qué proveedores de IA reciben tus prompts y archivos, y tus derechos: Política de privacidad. Para denunciar un contenido, usa «Denunciar» en un resultado o escríbenos con el asunto «Notificación» (Condiciones, sección 17).

Пиши на support@kultai.agency или в чат поддержки нашего Telegram-бота @kultaibot — на русском, английском, немецком или испанском. Обычно отвечаем в течение рабочего дня. Укажи e-mail аккаунта (или способ входа) — пароль нам никогда не присылай.

2 Удалить аккаунт

Удалить аккаунт можно самому в любой момент:

• В приложении или на сайте: войди, открой Профиль → Удаление аккаунта, введи свой e-mail (или показанное слово) и подтверди. Аккаунт без пароля подтверждает удаление свежим входом (например, «Войти с Apple»).
• Без доступа к аккаунту: напиши с e-mail аккаунта на support@kultai.agency с темой «Удалить аккаунт» — мы проверим, что аккаунт твой, и удалим его.

Что удаляется: твои изображения, видео, треки, загрузки, чаты, персонажи, профили бренда, API-ключи, токены уведомлений и сессии; оставшиеся KULTCOINS сгорают. Что остаётся: записи о платежах и KULTCOINS в псевдонимизированном виде — столько, сколько требует налоговое и бухгалтерское право, записи для защиты от мошенничества — не дольше 12 месяцев, и ещё несколько записей на сроки из раздела 7 Политики конфиденциальности (например, отмены подписок и жалобы).

Удаление аккаунта не отменяет подписку, оформленную через App Store или Google Play, — сначала отмени её в магазине (ниже). Подписка, оплаченная картой на сайте, отменяется вместе с аккаунтом.

3 Покупки в App Store и Google Play

• Отменить подписку: iPhone — Настройки → твоё имя → Подписки → KULT; Android — Google Play → Профиль → Платежи и подписки → Подписки → KULT. Отменяй минимум за 24 часа до конца периода.
• О возврате покупок в приложении решает Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) или Google (история заказов Google Play); если покупка возвращена, её KULTCOINS списываются.
• Восстановить покупки на новом телефоне: Тарифы → Восстановить покупки в приложении, войдя в тот же аккаунт KULT.
• Оплата картой на сайте: см. Возврат и отмена или отмени на kultai.agency/#/cancel; отказаться от договора в течение 14 дней: kultai.agency/#/withdraw.

4 Твои данные и контент

Как мы обрабатываем данные, каким ИИ-провайдерам уходят промпты и загрузки и какие у тебя права — в Политике конфиденциальности. Пожаловаться на контент — кнопкой «Пожаловаться» у результата или письмом с темой «Жалоба» (Условия, раздел 17).
